Moses and Joshua made us feel very welcome together with the staff in YOLO restaurant. All amenities in walking distance spacious room with good views of the wildlife especially the monkeys. Pool was well maintained and of a good depth with adequate loungers available. One improvement item would be a facility such as kettle rather than coffee maker so we are able to make a cup of tea. I would recommend a stay at ecotica and highly rate it. Claire & Sean Fryer

The bungalow was lovely and the grounds of the hotel were beautiful. We loved seeing the wildlife around the hotel and it was great that the music stopped at 10pm so the grounds were quiet. The only downside was the very high cost of drinks and food (other than the included breakfast which was delicious).

The bungalows are across from the pool and restaurant that play loud music until 10pm at night. The property was advertised as serene and peaceful which it was not. I had a very bad experience and don’t recommend staying here unless you are ok with hearing loud music and bass thumping in your room at all hours.

The smallness of this hotel allowed us to always have a comfy seat at the pool without having to get up early to reserve chairs. If we left for a couple hours in the afternoon, we didn’t feel the need to reserve anything. There was always a place for us when we came back. The breakfast was delicious and included! The drinks were amazing and the lunch and poolside snacks were also delicious. We were close enough to enough restaurants where we could have walked but we enjoyed having a car and were close to lots of delicious foods and excursions!

The hotel was very nice and the pool area was beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool for breakfast and then going for a swim. They also made some really good cocktails. All the staff were so friendly and very polite. The food and service at the YOLO restaurant was top notch. They had either live music or a DJ which we loved. Joshua at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us make all our plans and made sure we always had what we needed. Only complaint I would have is the thin walls in the main building. We could hear everything in the next room. That being said, we will be back. Thanks for the great stay!!
