Portimão Center Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Mirachorosol. The staff are all brilliant, welcoming and helpful. The location is out of town, but when you get your bearings, it's not too far from beach and town. We will definitely return!

This hotel is clean with large well equipped rooms with air con, wi fi, hairdyer and tv. The staff are friendly. The only negative is location but this was no issue for us having a hire car. There is a lovely restaurant Quintinha just a few mins walk.

Hotel and staff good. Not a particularly handy area although there is a shuttle bus to city centre and Praia de Rocha. Room regularly cleaned and a good breakfast selection

We were warmly welcomed at the check in stage by the friendly staff and were always available for any help or advice such as sightseeing. We reached in much earlier but were given a space to keep our luggage. Restaurant with authentic Portuguese food nearly by. Other supermarkets at a walking distance. Hotel bus service provided to the nearest beach Praia da Rocha - one of the topmost beaches in Algarve with plenty of restaurants and shops. Otherwise a taxi to the beach would cost just about 5-6 Euro. Various other trips and sightseeing trips can be booked at the Hotel. I would recommend it.

Very disapointed with a member of staff at the hotel and the way she treated us yesterday morning 11/8/16. She refused to help me to print off our boarding passes for our journey home to Ireland and totally ignored us at reception. left us waiting for over half an hour on two occaisions . She was very rude and very unhelpful. She seems very unhappy in her job. Needs training in custumer service as her communacation skills are very very poor. she spoiled our stay at the hotel.

hotel good as a base for visiting area only, not a place to stay there all day as it's not very relaxing it's quite old and used.

The mattress' in a prison would've been more comfortable than theirs! Unless you like no support, extra hard bed and mattress - pay the extra and go to another hotel. The bed gave us severe back pain the next day.. Navy Seals would DOR after one night here! The shower head was broken - you had to hold up the shower head. I ask for ice for two glasses we already had and the evening desk clerk suggested I go to the market and buy a 1 pound bag! They have a bar but she would not give or sell two cups of ice...? The morning staff is very pleasant but the 25 year old woman was a total tird. The ownership is too cheap to keep value in this place - adios, we'll find better.

busses run from the hotel but should run later to the beach and into the town as most people do not what to go back to the hotel at 10 past 6 in the evening.food good very fresh every day

The hotel was nice but had little for my 11 year old daughter to do except for the pools
