Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa

Lousy kitchen and food but beautiful scenery. Wish the water slide were taller, but lazy river was fun. They seemed understaffed and poorly managed kitchen. Food overpriced and super inconsistent

a very relaxing weekend with three generations. the beautiful grounds and outstanding service make this a place I plan to return to. Food is also very good.

This place is awesome for families. I arrived on my own with two small kids and the valet and bellmen were super helpful, all hotel service was quick, friendly and professional. Loved it!

Beautiful place and family friendly. The staff is friendly but here was my complaint. $25 per day parking fee is not friendly, the breakfast restaurant charged me $37 for my complimentary breakfast when I addressed it at checkout they said I should find the waitress didn’t offer any other help or refund. For almost $500 per night I expected much more than this. Probably will find another resort to frequent.

Plenty to do for kids, we had a great time! My daughter loved doing crafts with Opal. She was so kind, and my daughter is already asking to come back next year to see her again. She also had a blast playing sports with CJ. He has a great sense of humor and made sports zone time a lot of fun.

I love Hyatt Lost Pines Resort, it's only 30 minutes from downtown Austin and it catapults you into a gorgeous outdoor haven. The landscaping is impeccable with it's gorgeous trees and wild flowers and the river runs right through it. There is a variety of animals accessible to guests to pet and get photos with. The F&B is great with lots of choices from Finer Dining in Stories to the buffet restaurant, Maverick's Bar/Pub, Uncle Bucks at the Pool/Lazy River, McDades for ice cream/pizza and desserts or you can get Room Service after a long day in the sun. We ate more than we expected because it was so good. We can't wait to go back and thank the Staff for taking care of us so well. Until next time...

We have visited Lost Pines a few times over the last 2-3 years. Our most recent stay with our kids and grandparents in June was not the best. I would recommend the hotel improve the outdoor activities (bikes were rusty, foosball was broken, etc).

The rooms and facilities were clean and updated.

The restaurants were understaffed and had very limited hours. There is not much variety available for food and drink, and the local options nearby are not great. The spa was outdated and it was very overpriced for the experience.

Spent a quick weekend here, awesome resort with great amenities! Property was clean, staff was fantastic, lazy river is amazing! Exceeded our expectations, we’ll be back!

Hyatt Lost Pines is a lovely property--hiking, biking, a lazy river, a water slide, pool, activities for kiddos. The food was adequate. I found the rooms dated and our suite had an odd odor to it. They did kindly offer to move us and the service was impeccable. Honestly I thought it was overpriced but we had a great time so money well spent :)
