Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa

When dining, the staff will charge you extra on your room then what you actually ordered. Review your bill carefully when you check out. Self-parking charges you daily rate every time you leave and come back, so its alot more than the $25/day as stated. Food was expensive for quality/flavor/selection. Activities were not great for a family with toddler aged children.

It's just ok. Stay at the Hill Country Hyatt, you'll be happier when you leave. Better staff and willing to jump through hoops to ensure you're having fun. It's also a greater value. This was just sad. It seems the old Hyatt charm is fading

When you come in, it is very inviting. The rooms were better than expected. Super clean. The food was outstanding. Not like a buffet, but gourmet buffet. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive to all guests. The choice of amenities are vast and varied, there is literally something for everyone no matter your age or interests. The food and the entertainment provided for our conference were top notch!

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, making us feel completely at ease. The property is beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and full of activities. We loved floating the lazy river, exploring the grounds, and relaxing by the fire pits in the evening. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the food exceeded expectations. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. If you’re looking for a quick getaway near Austin, this place delivers an exceptional experience.

It was a great Texas outdoor escape, and I truly felt like I was out in the country. The meeting venues were excellent, and this would be a wonderful hotel to bring the family. I also enjoyed the fitness center — I was impressed to see two dumbbell racks stocked with weights up to 90lbs.

Less than average destination with a snobby staff. It’s a maze and hard to figure out and the staff is terrible. Way overpriced and they charge you for parking. For what!? It’s not in downtown. Save yourself the trouble. It’s not a nice place. Wish I stayed home. Not worth the drive or hassle.

Very good overall experience! The location, staff, and services were very good. My only small complaint is that I made a request on the second day, changing my initial check‑in request, and it was not attended to.

I went to lost pines with my wife for my birthday. I had a 5 star experience across the board. Our check was friendly quick and efficient. Anna checked us in and she was wonderful. Our room was ready which was great. Jessica was our waitress at the pool. She was kind, sweet and gave us great service. At breakfast Nilah was an incredible waitress. Not just for our table but for all the tables she was serving. She constantly had a smile on her face and made our break so enjoyable due to her great energy. Breakfast was delicious. I also loved all the art throughout the property. The art complimented the hotels surrounding. Just a beautiful property overall. Only opportunity for service were the 2 people behind the retail counter / coffee shop. Advice is to come out from behind the counter when there’s no one in line. Several people had questions about the shirts and hats etc and the staff were not really approachable. Honestly overall the hotel was wonderful and I just booked to come back again in May.

We’ve been visiting Lost Pines for several years, and it remains one of our favorite places to spend time with family, friends, and colleagues. Every stay is enjoyable—from the excellent food to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. What truly stands out is the staff: consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there. Their positivity reflects outstanding management and a strong culture of care. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax or host a business meeting or conference in a comfortable, accommodating, and welcoming environment.
