Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa

Hyatt Lost Pines is the perfect family getaway! The resort is beautiful, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and there are endless activities for both kids and adults. The lazy river and pool area were amazing, but the nightly s’mores were the highlight of our trip — such a fun and memorable experience for the whole family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the dining options were great. Hyatt Lost Pines does an excellent job balancing luxury with family-friendly fun. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our third time in seven years. Always a great visit. Handing out snacks and popsicles in the afternoons was truly a thoughtful treat. The service is great, everyone is attentive and friendly. Check in and check out are breezy - no long lines. Will come back again, this time not wait so long.

We had a wonderful experience, delicious cocktails and food was great. Boys laughed and smiled, had strong bites when fishing and floated endlessly in the lazy river.

Hyatt Lost Pines is a huge resort surrounded by natural beauty; it’s essentially like a big backyard, with neighbors gathering for s'mores, soccer, bike rides, etc. Let me start with the biggest disappointment: the kids' club. It’s basically not functioning. We originally chose this place mainly for the kids' club, hoping for a few quiet dinners sans kids and, MAYBE, a peaceful, slow breakfast without children. Not here. During the Memorial weekend, when the hotel was full of families with 2-4 kids per couple, the maximum number of kids allowed in the kids' club was 5. Five. In total. In the whole kids club. So if your kids are independent and can entertain themselves for hours, or if you’re okay without a kids' club, this place is fine. Another pain point is activities (for extra pay) that had limited timing or were already all booked by the time we arrived. This puts unnecessary pressure and stress on you to book everything days before your arrival. I also wish the hotel would organize some fun entertainment in the evenings. The movie in a random ballroom didn’t cut it. The breakfast buffets are very limited; they're not worth it at all. We still had a great time and created some amazing family memories here. This hotel is best suited for a large multigenerational family gathering with grandparents who might help babysit your kiddos.

Really more of a family vacation spot. We spent $1k per night for a somewhat basic room. Nothing except some of the activities were included… most were an extra charge… and everything was largely child-driven. Adults without children end up spending this money for a basic room and that’s all. Not really worth the price. Food: The breakfast at Heartwood House was excellent. Dinner at Mavericks awful (undercooked meat - not good). Dinner at Stories was superb. Will, our server, rocked. Spa: My massage at the spa, by Maria was THE BEST. Super clean and Maria knew exactly how to handle my requests. My massage and the dinner at Stories/breakfast at Heartwood House made the stay somewhat worth it! In-room birthday amenities: They took care of my requests for balloons and a cake for my boyfriend perfectly. Both showed up in the room as requested. Cake was actually Really delicious and HUGE. Activity: We booked a fire pit for one of the nights with the smores package and a charcuterie board. The board came with 3 very stale, soft crackers. Not great. The s’mores were delicious. The drinks we ordered took 45 min. It’s nice for a family with young children but for a couple celebrating a birthday it was incredibly underwhelming and not worth the price tag.

I shudder to think that I would have never learned of this magical place if not for a company trip! If you've ever tried glamping and it wasn't for you (like me) try Lost Pines - it offers Luxury Away Camp vibes! Just absolutely the best - 10 /10 I do reccomend and I will be visiting with family next year!

Took my son a few friends and they had an amazing experience. Really enjoyed the expansiveness of the property and a lot of the different activities that they were able to do. They rode bicycles, lazy river, played sports, canoes down the river, etc. Property was clean, dog friendly and the restaurants had excellent food and service. Will return.

What a beautiful location with all the amenities you could hope for. I came for a convention, but would definitely come back for a personal vacation here. The rooms were gorgeous and the food was exceptional!

This resort is amazing and super family friendly. I enjoyed the sunrise sound bath, yoga, and morning hike. There are more activities but I wasn't able to enjoy because it's a short business trip. But I hope I can come back with my family again!

This location has space, activities and lots of nature! If you are looking to take a family trip, this would be a great adventure.
