Check-in is fully remote, and guests will receive an email prior to their arrival with door codes for their unit and a link to fill out the registration form. The door codes will begin working at 16:00 on the day of arrival, and guests may proceed directly to their unit at or after this time. Please note, a parking height restriction of 6'9" (81 in). Guest can enjoy access to the outdoor pool, hot tub and tennis courts at the Hilton Whistler Resort. Age Policy: at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older at the time of check-in and through the entire stay. The reservation will be canceled if guests do not meet this age requirement.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Fantastic location and very large, bright and clean space. The four of us were very comfortable and could have easily accommodated more. The private hot tub was great and looks straight onto the mountain. The unit is located STEPS from the village gondola... handy for monitoring the lines.

The property was in a fantastic location. It was clean, roomy and very well equipped with great views.

The access from the car park and lift is quite uninspiring and didn’t match the property itself.

Location is excellent - within a stones throw of the Whistler gondola. Hot Tub was a great way to relax. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Also worked to accommodate our request for early access.

No snow but that wasn’t their fault!

Location is great! We love staying here.

Last time we stayed here, our unit was at the far end, and it was great! This year, our unit is right next to the common door, so everyone from the other suites passes by. Our bedroom is right beside this door, and it closes so loudly that it’s hard to sleep. They really could consider installing a door closer with a hydraulic or pneumatic damper so guests in the unit aren’t disturbed. I’m sure doors like that exist. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!
