I had to walk to the main lobby to heat my food for my dog. And also for myself. Spending $2,000 for 4 days i would have thought I could at last get salt n pepper with the orders I made here. I am in the lobby now heating a couple tv dinners cause it's pretty tough not getting a little help. So. I am going to one of the restaurants just to get some salt 🧂 n pepper. I certainly hope i am not charged for that. I am not a complaining person, but I guess I kinda am now. This place is nice. Just b sure you have everything you need.

We were 3 and the sofa bed was not done, the room service was not available and we had to do it ourselves

This was almost a perfect spot for us. Big enough to stay on campus for most of the weekend, but not so big that things felt far away. Heated pool, hot tub, and small beach were nice. Volleyball, chess, shuffleboard, ping pong, and fussball were also fun. Food and drink options worked well for us and the staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice. The balcony view was very nice as well.

Not much to complain about. Obviously Key Largo is more of a car centered area compared to say Key West and there isn't much you can walk to from the resort but we didn't care. The Keurig was suitable for coffee but maybe having some better (latte, etc) options at the resort would be well received.

I have never felt so uncomfortable. Literally living blocks away and having my family come visit to constantly be harassed by an old man with white hair. My boyfriend came across the street to grab something from me outside the gate where I was then scolded and checked for a wrist band while with my family. Man was super rude and made whole family feel uncomfortable. Being a local you should not be treated like this. If you are a local don't waste your money to stay here. Many more places that are much more welcoming. By this way this happened the whole stay.
