"Lovely."

The location is amazing. The staff are excellent so helpful and friendly.

Think a little outdoor covered in area would be helpful. It’s a very dog friendly hotel, but I do feel that dogs should remain out of the restaurant or a separate indoor area.

The location was great for walking to Ambleside and going to other places on the boat from the lakeside.

The room was pretty basic for the price and ours looked over the car park, which was a shame. Great breakfast choice, however full English could have been hotter.

Room was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities that you would need. Great touch having tea and coffee in the room for your stay.

The particular room that we stayed in was quite noisy with some form of air conditioning units outside humming constantly I think we were in a room over a maintenance room.
