"Decent"

The hotel is in a pretty decent a block away from a park, about 8 minutes to the station and 15 to the Mariinsky Theater. We weren't bothered by it, but guests might want to be aware that there is a strip club directly across the street. The concierge Svetlana was very helpful.

"Wheelchair travellers"

What a bad experience. I confirmed the wheelchair accessible room 2 weeks before, and they confirmed! When I arrived, it was givien to an able person! I would recommend Mariott Hotel by far. Wheelchair travellers skip this hotel. MAKE SURE TO SKIP IT!

"Hotel is inside the city"

The hotel itself is good, the propery looks pretty much new and the maintenance is great. I did not have any issues and the staff was friendly.

"vacation trip"

It is a very nice hotel, with a swimming pool, bars and a restaurant. I stayed for a few days, and it was a great experience, close to the city center, staff is very helpful and friendly, will definitely stay here again. A great 24-7 restaurant "Hochu Harcho" near by is a great addition to the experience

"nice vacaation trip"

very nice hotel, with a swimming pool and all possible amenities, it was very convenient to be close to the very center of the citi, few blocks away from subway, and only 2 bus stops to Nevskiy prospect, the main avenue Hotel staff is very friendly, and room service was exceptional, they bring everything on the first call - overall great experience, and great value for money

"Very dissapointed with front desk"

I always stay here - this time very disappointed - they have a deposit system for extras which didn't work and I was declined a 150 rouble coffee - the front desk were very unhelpful

"Professionals to Proffesionals, excellent."

Great, very confortable. Employees at the front desk were amicable and if I would be asked who was the best, I would say Pavel, for me he was the best. Out of the question. I have my doubts about the young ladies at the front desk I think they were a bit no professional at all.
