The set out of the property was easy to access.

The cockroaches crawling around in every room definitely recommend a pest control treatment.

The location was very convenient for visiting family and collecting our granddaughter from school. The staff were very helpful and friendly as usual 🙂 we love staying at this accommodation.

Unfortunately I would like to see some maintenance attended to. We have been staying at this accommodation for nearly 10 years now.

The room was basic but had a kitchenette, good to be able to make the odd meal.Location suited us for this trip. A bus stop was nearby, dropping you off at various shopping centres. Its only a short walk from the resort for groceries a bakery & takeaways. Enjoyed the pool, it was a good size & BBQ facilities are available.

Didn't find the bed comfortable, asked for a mattress topper but none available. Wished there was a lounge chair in the room as the cane chair was ok for short time but not when you wanted to relax & read.

The only redeeming feature of this stay was the air conditioning—it was cool and worked properly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end, because everything else about this place was appalling.

We were on our honeymoon and had looked forward to a relaxing getaway. From the moment we walked in, the room smelt musty and unclean. The floor was filthy to the point we had to keep our shoes on the entire time. The bed was uncomfortable, the blanket was stained, and it still had leaf debris on it—like it had been used for a picnic, not a paying guest. The crockery and cutlery hadn’t been washed, the provided dishwashing liquid was barely more than water, and the whole unit felt neglected and unhygienic.The shower was another disaster, with almost no pressure and water temperature that swung wildly between freezing and scalding. There were barely enough power outlets for two people; I had to buy my own extension cord to make the setup usable. The TV was tiny, the sound quality awful, and the dresser drawers were literally falling apart. Only one rubbish bag was provided, and they actually charge extra for basic necessities like dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, and garbage bags, amongst other things. Charging guests for essentials that should already be included is unacceptable and feels greedy.Reception closing at 4 pm is completely unreasonable for a resort. However, the worst experience was the insulting level of service I received when trying to collect mail that I had confirmed as it contained important identification documents needed during our trip could be sent to the property. Christine from reception advised that we just needed to have the letter addressed to reception and there would be no issues. When the letter arrived, staff repeatedly claimed it hadn’t been delivered and sent me to check at the caravan park next door. Eventually, I found it sitting in their locked mailbox—visible through the slot—but was then told no one had the key. The owner, apparently the only person who did, was gone for a week. The receptionist’s solution? A paper clip and a slotted spoon so I could try to fish my letter out myself.

The pool was amazing and the rooms were clean and fresh. Location is fantastic
