Cairns Gateway Resort

It wasn’t busy at all, so quiet and peaceful apart from the early morning traffic noise that could be heard.

The staff aren’t very helpful at all and no reception at all on weekend not even a person to answer phone calls makes it impossible to book in, gardener guy working there made a call to someone and was told it was booked out for weekend but clearly wasn’t… not busy at all and no-one could be bothered to talk to us, not even on the phone☹️ The toilet cistern runs constantly and bathroom is looking very tired.

We loved it! Quiet, superb for Families. Pool with kids and adult section. Barbecue area for meals, playground. kitchen and space. Not new but everything we needed. Bus only 50cents to Cairns, by car only 15min. bakery pizza, butchery fast food and Supermarket only 5 min. by foot. we stayed there 2 weeks. parking free. beds were really comfortable. we had some coffee, tea and sugar complimentary. staff always friendly. frankland island tours offered a piick up close by. anpther playground very close

土日で利用だったので、オンラインのみ対応でしたが、問合せで、スタッフの対応がとても良く、返信も早かったです。 部屋は広くて、清潔感ありました。 カーテンも遮光性がありました。 防音性は低いかなと、感じましたが 静かな夜を過ごせたのでゆっくり休めました。 ベッドがとても広くて、清潔で快適でした

部屋の窓を開けたら、駐車場だったので あまり開けられませんでした。 ドライヤーがありません。 防音とありましたが、扉から外の音が割と聞こえます。 専用プールがあまり綺麗だと思いませんでした。 街からかなり離れているので 車を運転できないと不便に感じます night Marketにはいけません

The room was fine - it had an extra bed - but it didn't have a little table like the other room we stayed in previously. The pool is great - quiet and well maintained. The location is okay. I recommend having a car in Cairns as it makes it much easier to visit different places. The bbq in the pool area is good too. Check in is easy even after hours.

A lady kept yelling throughout the night keeping us awake. There is a smell of cigarettes constantly around the rooms.

The fact that there were no washing lines to dry wet clothes.
