Hygiëne, douchekop die het water alle kanten oo spuit, het restaurant dat een grondig schoonmaakbeurt nodig heeft en het bestek en glazen die niet schoon waren

Ça a du être un hôtel exceptionnel avec de très beaux matériaux nobles , du marbre , des bois précieux , de la soie …

C est un hôtel fantôme à l abandon totale . Ne cherchez pas le spa il est obsolète . La piscine pas nettoyée . Quel dommage

Terrible place..dirty .smelly..humidity and mold everywhere..last time thoroughly cleaned in 2012. It is shameful that such a place is even on offer..you can only get some disease there, how dirty it is..the bedsheets were also dirty and the towels..the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot. Adams family hotel..don't go there..Fungus and algae in the pool..the spa also looks like you'll get infected if you go in..you can't find the staff when you need them..like a ghost town..Do not go there..this place is a shame of Morroco according to people who live there. It doesn't look like on pictires on Booking or other platforms.

La estancia en el Palacio Sheherazade fue una experiencia maravillosa en todos los sentidos. El lugar es elegante, cómodo y el servicio es excelente. La comida fue simplemente increíble, más deliciosa que cualquier otra cosa que hayamos probado. Una experiencia única que recomendamos sin dudar.

El verdadero valor del Palacio Shahrazad reside en la profesionalidad de su equipo. Cada miembro del personal demuestra una atención impecable، respeto y una gran dedicación en cada detalle. The moment I stepped into Palais Shéhérazade, time quietly stepped back. The heavy doors closed behind me, and with them, the noise of the outside world disappeared. What remained was a palace that did not simply host its guests, but embraced them. Every corridor whispered stories of another era, every detail carried the soul of Moroccan heritage in a way I had never witnessed anywhere else in the world. Mornings began not with breakfast, but with a ritual. Traditional flavors, rich and generous, served with such elegance that each bite felt like a celebration. It was impossible to resist—just as it was impossible not to admire the harmony between taste, tradition, and beauty. But what truly transformed my stay into a memory I will carry forever was the human warmth. The service was not polite—it was sincere. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed, whose kindness went beyond duty. From organizing our airport pickup to making sure every detail of our stay was perfect, he made us feel less like guests and more like honored friends. Palais Shéhérazade is not a place you visit. It is a story you enter… and one you promise yourself to return to

Voor de prijs die we voor onze kamer hebben betaald, kregen we de aangename verrassing van een upgrade naar een prachtige suite. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en altijd beschikbaar. De spa is een waar droomparadijs met diensten en voorzieningen van topkwaliteit. Onze oprechte dank aan al het personeel, en in het bijzonder aan Mohamed, voor zijn professionaliteit en vriendelijkheid.
