Silva Beach Hotel

Ļoti patika! Noteikti izvēlētos atkārtoti. Kā jau iepriekš citi rakstījuši - viesnīca izveidota ļoti skaistā grieķu stila ciematiņa veidā. Tas rada absolūti burvīgu noskaņu, pat esot pilsētas centrā. Ārpus viesnīcas viss nepieciešamais blakus, tai skaitā autobusu pieturas abos virzienos. Pasakaini skaita apkārtne un piekraste. Viesnīca pati brīnišķīga. Atrodas tieši pie jūras. Numuriņā ērtas gultas, laba duša, un ir viss nepieciešamais. It visur ļoti jauks un uzmanīgs personāls, visur domā par viesu labsajūtu. Ēdienreizes visas ļoti patika. Bagātīgs klāsts ļoti gardu ēdienu. Ļoti laba kafija. Vienīgais, kas nešķita garšīgs - ēdienreizēs negāzēts ūdens. Bet bija gards ūdens numuriņā. Izmantojām iespēju pavakariņot arī papildus restorānos - arī lieliski. Bērniem noteikti patiks pašiem "izveidot" burgerus. Bijām sezonas beigās, tāpēc neizjutu nekādu problēmu arī ar vietām pie baseina (kādas lasīju, ka vasarā esot). Paldies par lielisko uzņemšanu!

Iespējams, noslogotā sezonā varētu būt paskaļi, bet mums viss bija lieliski!

We stayed for 10 nights room was OK a bit dated we were up by the main strip so bars across the road were playing loud music into the early hours but that's out of the hotels control cleaning of room wasn't great did not do a lot didn't change our sheets in 10 days other than that staff are very nice and friendly food and drink was great usually eat out a couple of time not on this holiday food was so good 2 nices pools always go a sunbed what ever time of day would stay again but would want a room away from the main road

Location very good, paths either way to walk along the sea front, bars and restaurants very close. Good choice of food for lunch and dinner and decent quality. Most of the staff really nice and helpful.

We had issues at check in and with the condition of the family annex room, they are very tired and in need of renovation. Very little of the services or the hotel match any other 4 star we’ve ever stayed in. All inclusive drinks basic. Room noisy, electric board that buzzes, leaky loud air con, fridge that rattles and buzzes all night.

From the get go the staff were obviously well trained and happy in their work. They interacted very well with all nationalities and bent over backwards to help. A special mention must go to Pety who was such a nice person. Zac and his compatriot (sorry can’t remember his name) were great in the outside bar, another pair of smilers! The room was respectable and clean, given what we paid. and the house service staff were lovely and should be congratulated on their hard work. For an all inclusive hotel with a large amount of people to feed the food was excellent, it was not repetitive for the most part with some staples that I’m sure some would say repetitive. They were not, they’re just things people would want every day. I had some interaction with the manager, Spilias. Equally a lovely man and an ambassador for quality and customer satisfaction. I applaud their Maitre’d, who appeared to work a 12 hour day! It must be like herding cats! Keep up the A La Carte restaurant work it’s great. Finally, a firm thank you to any staff not mentioned. We had a great stay and we would highly recommend your establishment because of the above and we have never been to a place where ALL the staff were happy.

Lovely hotel in a great location in the midst of hustle & bustle but from the moment you're through the doors at reception you're in a peaceful haven. We loved the Cretan village style of the hotel complex. Couldn't fault the staff who are friendly and ensure you have a lovely holiday. Pools (although cold) were decent sized & plenty of sun loungers. Food and drinks were great. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved it here, perfectly situated, near to airport & lots of shops & bars The hotel was so lovely like a little village which was so cute, food was excellent & lots of choice at every meal Hotel was clean & gardens were kept beautiful, beach was lovely despite not being able to walk straight into the sea, walk along the pathway & there’s steps down to a gorgeous little cove, but you will have to pay for sunbeds if you stay on the beach Fresh bottle of water left in your room daily which is a nice touch Will definitely be returning to Silva Beach, just the most perfect holiday, thank you to all of the staff for being so welcoming

Visited for 1 week on 8/10/25 on a girls holiday.Close to airport.Hotel is in lovely setting.Room 220 was very close to main restaurant & romantic Bar & saltwater swimming pool that we used every day. The weather was beautiful during our stay.Room was basic but nice & kept clean on a daily basis.The bathroom could do with a deep clean on outside of shower etc but fine for 1 week.Shoutout to Sissy who checked us in & also allocated guests to tables in Restaurant-Sissy is a credit to Silva Beach with friendly, caring & genuine excellent customer service skills. All hotel staff were courteous.There were mainly German guests at this hotel and the entertainment offered reflected this.Speciality Burger restaurant was nice.Food choice in main restaurant was of very good choice & standard. We didn’t need to eat out at all.We did go out most evenings for a drink & there are a lot of lovely bars to visit. I would return to Silva Beach in a heartbeat.There is one big negative & that is the saving of sun beds that arnt used for most of the day resulting in guests wanting to use the pools not able to secure a sun lounger. We adopted the if u can’t beat them join them attitude which requires alarms to be set to do sunbed dash, not ideal when you work all week.

I arrived around 10 pm Sissy on reception was very helpful and checkin was quick You do have to pay tourist tax on arrival for ten nights is €100 also there are safes in the room at €3 per night The porter helped me to my room and showed me where the pool and restaurant was as we walked through the beautiful pathways and how to work everything in my room A lovely cold plate of food and water was in the fridge and some fresh fruit as I arrived late The room is a good size its a typical Greek hotel room bathroom is very small but big enough for what I needed You get tea and coffee making facilities I took my own mug and just left it there as you get disposable ones in room and I like a bucket for my first cuppa Also shower gel is provided towels and beach towels too Food - All the food is buffet style and plenty of choice there is a burger restaurant and Italian included but I did not try either of these as enough choice in the main restaurant something for everyone in my opinion breakfast buffet is a mix of continental and cooked which is Greek style not English style Lunch and Dinners so much choice the salads are amazing good choice of hot and cold and a great choice of desserts Help your self to wine and beer and soft drinks in restaurant Late breakfast and snacks in pool bar too Lobby bar great service with a choice of wines spirits a few cocktails and soft drinks. Beach bar open in the day Entertainment I did not go to this but they have darts aqua aerobics and some evening entertainment The hotel is like a small Greek village with lots of little passages and so pretty My room on the ground floor with a lovely terrace overlooks the beach one side and the pool the other side and so peaceful but when you go to the front of the hotel you are on the main road with shops and restaurants and bars Rooms cleaned daily if you want it done Free WiFi which is good and can reached everywhere including the beach bar Staff work very hard in all areas but Sissy who works on reception and restaurant is lovely along with Pety in the Lobby bar both always have a smile and ask about your day

Fantastic spa treatments. 100% recommend. Such value for money and wow does Maria know how to treat you well. I have never felt so refreshed. Thank you!!!
