Cape Panwa Hotel

I had a truly wonderful stay at Cape Panwa Hotel. As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable, safe, and very well looked after throughout my visit. Birthday celebrations , 60 years young. The staff are what really make this hotel special. Dol by the pool was always friendly, polite, and attentive. He remembered small details and made every day feel relaxed and welcoming. At Top of the Reef Restaurant and Otter Bar, James was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. Dining alone can sometimes feel awkward, but James made it feel easy and enjoyable every time. Supatra and the rest of the restaurant team were also lovely and very attentive. A special mention to Ice, the pianist and singer. Her choice of music was beautiful and really added something special to the evenings. At reception, Umi, Ben, and Beatrice provided excellent service. Umi in particular was calm, thoughtful, and really listened, which I appreciated a lot. William from senior management was also approachable and took the time to listen to feedback in a professional and respectful way. Cape Panwa is not just a beautiful hotel, it’s a place where people genuinely care. I would highly recommend it, especially to anyone travelling alone. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable.

Wonderful time staying here, Maggie at the reception was exceptionally helpful to help organise activities and chartering a car for our meals out.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. As a wheel chair user my wife was waited on marvellously by the two pool guys Seim and Dol who kept an eye on her while I went down to the sea. Its the people at the hotel that makes the stay so wonderful and relaxed , and a special thank you to Hazel, Lisa, Aum, On on and the chef who was always ready to help my wife up and down the restaurant steps. Cannot wait to return. A big thank you to all.

We had an amazing time at the Cape Panwa Hotel! Our room had a nice view of the ocean and the room was beautiful. Most of all, the staff were all friendly and super helpful. Special thanks to Lisa who rescued me from a fashion emergency! If you are looking for 5-star facilities and service then this is the best place.

Location is top tier, love the vintage house and design of everything. Absolutely breathtaking bay - offer diverse cuisine and dining options. Warm service from khun Benz at Front desk and special thanks to Maggie.

Another exceptional visit to this great spot. William, the general manager, was very accommodating, and Lisa in the Cafe Anadamman is an absolute Star! Just beautiful.

Really loved our stay at the Cape Panwa Hotel, exceeded my expectations. The beach area was very scenic with great sea swimming and a little podium to swim out to. The room was absolutely huge and very clean etc. restaurants were good for food (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and the staff were all amazing. Can’t fault it - would love to return!

Lovely hotel. First of all, thank you to Umi , the hotel manager , who solved a problem with our room very swiftly . She did so with great assertiveness and grace. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast ,overlooking the pool, was good and varied . Picturesque beach, don’t forget your beach shoes. Beautiful beach bar serving very good food and drinks, good service too. Do not miss dinner at the Panwa house, absolutely stunning food and superb service from Thai and his team. If I have to add a slightly negative comment: please ,please, reinstate the tennis court.

Best hotel ever. It's beautiful with everything you need for a perfect stay. Beautiful rooms, great aircon, gym, pool and beach. All super clean and easy to access for a tropical getaway
