Since you arrive, the personal is very attentive. Clean in the rooms is awesome. The pool zone is great and restaurant offers fresh great meals. Not to mention the great location of the hotel that allows you to visit key touristic zones of Merida. 100% recommended!

Es un hotel sencillo, pero cumple con lo básico, cerca al centro de la ciudad. La comida no es lo mejor, pero resuelve. El personal muy agradable.

Good: parking and breakfast Not good: We should have stayed here for two nights but decided to leave and continue our travels after one night only. Hotel is outdated, pictures do not show real situation. Furniture is old, room needs total makeover. Smell is bad. Elevator out of order. Corridors so cheap. We did not use the swimming pool, water was milky yellow... so quite a disappointment. Price is far too high for such a place.

This is a very centric hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and a great service, Adan one member of the hotel team gave us brilliant recommendations fir places to visit and very precise information about how to reach the location, the prices we should paid and what unique things to look for. Overall a great hotel with great people

Property is nice and clean. Within walking distance to downtown and plaza area.

The close location to Plaza Grande and the pool area were the main reasons I chose a Hotel at this price. The pool area was ok...open area with the friendly staff serving tasty drinks and food at very reasonable prices. Some days the pool did not appear clean enough for me to get into though, which I'm sure was due to the high volume of swimmers that used it. The restaurant and food was very tasty and reasonably priced, there is free parking if you have a vehicle, and the rooms are kept very clean. Low Points - rooms and other areas of the property are pretty outdated, including beds in the room had no support, the air conditioner leaked and required repairing twice, wifi is slow to non-existent at times and paper thin walls made it quite noisy at times. Would I stay there again.... probably not. Would I recommend it to someone looking to save a few bucks for a few days ..... yes. The staff, location, prices, and "Charm" will grow on you as it did me.

Staff were very friendly. Building and rooms appear much nicer on website photos. We moved rooms for various reasons due to the building conditions. The new room had a leak in the bathroom and they duct taped it and painted over to repair. WiFi’s was terrible in the rooms, and mediocre in the common areas. It’s a shame because there could be a lot of potential in this hotel, but if you’re looking for something very basic at a decent price you will be fine. If you’re looking for a little luxury, you will be disappointed.

i liked the fact that it was close to El Cento. Walking distance to many places. breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. the outside pool area looked like it did when looking into places to stay however rooms were clean a bit outdated.

Nothing special here keep moving on if you want a pleasant experience
