Staff at front desk seemed mediocre at best with respect to customer service

I liked and enjoyed the close proximity to the main square. It is about a 5min walk and you are at the main plaza with all that it beholds. The kitchen opening early and closing late was also something I enjoyed. I did not like the condition of my room. I feel like the only problem was it was outdated, and the TV did and did not work at times. Other than that, the staff made me feel comfortable. The gentlemen were very respectful towards my wife and I. Overall we had a good stay, they also assisted us when we asked for extra towels, soap, and shampoo.

Close to Centro, needs updating but was good service

Pool was refreshing in the pm. Bar made good Margaritas. Excellent Breakfast was included and on Sunday for approximately $1.50 US you can upgrade for the Excellent buffet. Very nice variety.

I made this reservation for my Parents, the staff gave them a very dark room, often towels were not available, very small areas to place items in the bathroom, wifi almost non existent. when I called the hotel I requested an accessible room for my Parents room was given based on the "pool location" rather than the actual condition of the room

WiFi was really bad. Room was kinda clean. Beds were comfy. Bare minimum.

A few blocks from downtown so it was quiet but was still easy to get to downtown. A few blocks from bus depot. Very helpful staff. Excellent value for your money. Only real bad point was very poor wifi.

Great place to stay. Short walk to the town square, quick and cheap Uber to everything else.

Wall's between rooms are very thin and you can hear everything. Also cleaning service knock to the room at 7am to clean the Room? They make a lot of noise with the trolleys in the corridor. Good breakfast.

They provide cleaning services everyday, also replenishing the toilet paper, towels and 2 bottles of water for the coffee machine. My only qualm is that I paid the breakfast rate through Expedia thinking it was for the buffet, but it’s not. It’s for American breakfast, which is great if you’re a meat-eater. If you’re like me, and don’t eat meat or eggs, you will not get a refund because it was done through Expedia.
