"Excellent"

Great budget option! Wonderful service in the restaurant and pool bar. A short walk to the square, but the walk is without lights or stores, in a relatively empty part of town.

"excellent price-quality ratio"

Our experience at the hotel was great! The staff was extremely helpful. The facilities are great: that includes room, pool area with bar and also the restaurant. Plus the the location is ideal with the cathedral at 5min by walking.

"noisey, slow wi-fi"

To be fair, the hotel claimed the noise and slow wi-fi was caused by th 50+ high school kids staying there, but it was awful. We moved to a better hotel next day.

"Friendly staff, good restaurant"

We enjoyed being in the historic part of town. The hotel is clean but needs some maintenance. The ceiling fan was noisy and the street noise is ever present due to open shutters on balcony. Overall the hotel is clean and well run.

"Walking distance to centro square."

"Great stay for great price"

Mu husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We ended up booking an extra night. Check in was a tad confusing, telling us we didn't have a reservation, had to show them my confirmation on my phone. Told us to wait 5 minutes, then proceeded to check in a whole bus of people before us. Upon reaching our room, AC did not work. On our way to get food, notified the front desk. Returned to find it had been taken care of. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel very clean. They are constantly cleaning. Our room and bathroom were very spacious. There was also a safe. There is a happy hour every day from 6pm-9pm, cocktails two for one and 5 beers for $8. Insane prices. The prices to begin with were exceptionly cheap. Our room came with an American breakfast, eggs, ( however you want them) bacon, fruit plate, toast, coffee. Very filling. Also available is a la carte or buffet on weekends. We had dinner here each night as well. Some good Yukatan choices. Our only advice would be, to maybe do some painting and basic maintenance. Otherwise a great place with wonderful staff, close to downtown, easy walk, and super prices.
