The room was clean but the service was poor. The exercise room was terrible and old. The pool was broken and not usable. The breakfast ended to early.

The hotel was clean and very well maintained but most importantly we had an amazing experience with AMY at the front desk! She was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and made us feel very well taken care of. It is so rare to find this kind of service! We travel often and we will be back to this hotel because of HER!

The indoor pool was not heated during our stay. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming even when several guests were checking in at the same time and taking several phone calls.
