Comfort Suites Airport

Pool was freezing cold so my son was very disappointed! Gave up time with his friends at an outdoor pool because we thought the indoor pool would be heated as it stated on description …

Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the room keys not working.

Going thru life right now & walking into comfort suites, Amy at the front desk smile was so bright. Welcoming was so warming & heart felt, I immediately forgot what I was going thru. She’s a true gem! I enjoyed my stay from beginning to end. I enjoyed seeing her bright smile everyday! Thank you for your hospitality Amy! Wanted to say the lady at the front desk is awesome this is the second time i have stayed and each time see was very nice and caring.. way to go on the customer service dont change for noone we need more people in this world like u .. ur smile lights up the room

I had a reservation at this location because I was scheduled to attend a funeral the next day. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled. I was instructed to forward the airline cancellation email to the hotel manager, which I did. I also contacted everyone involved. I informed them that there were no other flights from my city that night or the following day. The manager requested proof of cancellation. I forwarded the email to two different accounts I received. When I called to discuss the refund, the manager did not answer. I have left my phone number at this location to be called back. I did not receive a call. I am hoping that this matter can be resolved.

A little disappointed experience. I booked a room through a third party for six people and we ended up with a room with 2 queen beds with NO sofa bed. I reached out to the lady at the front desk about the room being booked for six people and she informed me that all their two queen room accommodate 6 people. I was like really? Three people on a queen size bed? Anyway, besides the bad experience to begin our stay, we noticed mold in the bathroom and could not get the room to keep cool. Somehow, the AC runs like 3-5 mins intervals. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was excellent. Very clean, close to 64 and plenty of food, drugstore and shopping options within minutes. We felt safe and secure during our stay as well. The highlight was our check-in and the above and beyond attitude from the front desk employee. She was such a warm welcome and continued to be, everytime we walked in and out of the hotel. We will continue to stay here from now on when visiting our child at CNU.

This is one of the few hotels in the Newport News area that i will stay with! I feel very safe here. Very clean. Great customer service. I visit the area frequently to see family.

Staff is very friendly. 15/20 minutes from Williamsburg and the parks.
