Great location and suite, with wonderful views and friendly staff

The grounds are well maintained and very relaxing. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. You get the feeling you are at a high class resort. If you have any issues, they will fix it.

Our only complaint was the private beach was closed for renovations. Unfortunately for us, this was the ENTIRE reason we booked this place. It is the primary photo on their listing! The listing had no mention that it would be closed for months and the property does not allow access. We were obviously very disappointed and would have booked a different place for less money, had we known. So it cost us more for a feature we didn't get to use.

We have just spent a week at this sensational hotel. The photographs don't do it justice. Everything is perfect from the reception, restaurant, outside areas, bedrooms and pools. As for the view from the restaurant . Magnificent. The staff are all wonderful. So professional and very well dressed. Friendly and very helpful. I am not going to mention names. Or I am bound to leave someone out. Everything is so tastefully done. From the hand painted floral tiles to the beautiful lounge area, all decked out in yellow.. I was impressed with the restaurant, glass tables with sea themed condiment sets. Beautiful orchids on every table. Even see through chairs. So nothing blocked the magnificent view. As for the food. Amazing dinners every night. Always beautifully presented. My compliments to the chefs. Would I go back there? You betcha, tomorrow if I could. It is in a very peaceful setting. There is even a short cut down to the town . A bit steep for part of the way back. I just about managed it with the help of the handrail. ((I wish I was 43 instead of 73. ) The bedroom was spotless. Lovely clean towels every day. Everything so fresh and inviting. Plenty of hot water for a shower. We had a lovely ground floor room , with a terrace. It overlooked the very well kept gardens, and had a wonderful sea view. Now if you think I am going on a bit, I really don't mind. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Loved it. Any negatives? Not at all. But for me, I would have preferred dinner earlier than 7.30. But I know from being within an Italian family, they do eat later than us Brits. Just go there and see for yourselves. You will not be disappointed.

THEY DID NOT HONOR THE HOTELS.COM PRICE. Refused. Charged their price -- I booked at 145/nt and they charged 160/nt. So if you are expecting to pay the correct amount, i don't know what to tell you. ALSO the address on the website is incorrect..... Google will take you to a private house about a mile away.

The hotel is breathtaking with its swimming pool, restaurant over looking the sea and sea-view room. We upgraded our room and had a beautiful duplex with two balconies.

The staff could have been more helpful, at check-in we were not told that breakfast was included in our booking, and when realizing at check-out, they didn't offer any discount or gesture. Also there was no help offered to get up the hill with our luggage at check-out. It's a steep way up to get out of the hotel, but not a problem for fit people.

This hotel in ischia is absolutely the ultimate place to stay!! We stay here twice a year it’s fantastic!! The staff are all so helpful and friendly they can’t do enough for you!! Rooms are lovely spotlessly clean and views right over the med. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else on ischia It’s the best of the best Highly recommended .

The staff were beyond incredible and helpful the entire stay. The breakfast was so yummy with options for things to be cooked fresh (omelettes and eggs). We loved how peaceful the location was too, it was so quiet.

It was quite quiet of an evening, maybe just some softer lighting and music when having a drink in the hotel.
