Perfect place, coffee all day,great shower, super beds. Incredible breakfast. Could not ask for more from a hotel

The hotel is perfect for the casual tourist - comfortable, clean, courteous staff, and in the very centre of St Petersburg. Walking distance to Nevskiy Prospekt, Neva, Bronze Horseman, Kunstkamera, Hermitage, etc etc. There is a metro stop two blocks away, and a 24hr supermarket across the street. The rooms were comfortably sized, AC-ed (important for muggy Petersburg summers), the bathrooms clean and spacious. Though the hotel is on a somewhat busy central street, the rooms were not noisy. Don't expect any royal treatment or exquisite decor - it's just a great and affordable place to sleep and take a break after a day of exploring the beautiful city. Breakfast is served 8-11am every day - it's buffet style standard Russian fare - grechka, bread, salami, cheese, veggies, coffee, tea, and cookies.

Everything was good staying this hotel. People in hotel was super nice and very helpful. I would recommend to stay this hotel. But only thing I little disappointed.. Bed size was not comfortable. Most reason I choose this hotel because of bed size was 'King' but size was just 'double'.. and blanket was too small for both of us. If you both very tall and not skinny than make sure the bed size with hotel.

Simple, clean hotel, friendly staff. The best thing about this hotel is its location.

Superb location (we walked to all major venues... Mariinsky, Hermitage, Nevsky Pr., etc.); Superb front desk personnel (top English comprehension, extremely helpful, competent/intelligent); Very clean throughout. Just 2' walk to Metro. Excellent restaurants nearby. Our bedroom and bathroom were small, but clean and quite adequate. Room was not elegant, but quite functional. Breakfast was OK, but not great-- particularly over 14 days.

Good location, just 5-min walk from the metro station. But the hotel is overpriced compared with the hotel right below it. Staff was willing to help but they seldom confirm the validity of their answers before answering you...which could be disasterous. The breakfast was cheap and of very few varieties.

The staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist you. My Russian is very limited but most of the staff spoke English so communicating was not an issue. I found everyone to sincerely care that my stay there was enjoyable. The Wi-Fi worked so keeping up on things was not a problem.

I really liked the hotel - you just can not beat the location, and for the money we paid - we got a great deal!!! Highly recommend!
