Great location, amenities, and activities. Pool was very fun for my family.

Nice property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cottage was clean and was stocked appropriately. It was nice getting out of the chaos of the main Wisconsin Dells area.

Since it is a timeshare property, we were pressured into attending a informational meeting. Thankfully they weren't too pushy, but its something to be aware of. Also, the pool was kind of a bummer--especially since the one main waterside was closed. Lastly, I wish that the photos associated with the room you chose would actually be the photos of the type of cottage or cabin you get. We spent a little more to get a larger space, but I don't think we got that. It was very tight.

The townhouse we stayed in was great. The staff were amazing even before getting there. We had to change the dates of our stay due to a blizzard. The only issue we had was when we opened the blinds there were handfuls and handfuls of dead ladybugs. A quick vaccum could have fixed this issue. My youngest daughter is deathly afraid of ladybugs so it turned into a whole ordeal. My husband ended up going to every window and cleaning them to get rid of the dead bugs.

The resort is the right balance of ammenites as well as a always clean, comfortable, peaceful place to stay near nature.

It would be good to have more instructions on facility practices, like how to leave unit when checking out, trash pick-up, wi-fi, etc. Maybe included w/check-in materials, or a sheet in the unit.
