This hotel is awful. They treated us like refugee. I paid 650 USD for 4 nights in early Dec. They gave us the worst room, small, dirty without sunshine. I request a better room, the choice was downgrade to Queen size bed. I can only accept this room and request a change if other rooms available. I coughed seriously for that few nights. On the last night we found dirty stuff in the sink. The staff explained that dirts came from room next door which he claimed that it was fixed. He also blame us that we were not at the room that's why they can't fix it, I was furious and request to change and upgrade us to a better room. He asked us to change to the room so called repaired. We refuse because that room was even worse. We strongly refused. The 2nd choice is a downgrade room. He screamed at me and said I was impolite to him and asked me to shout up. I felt that I was discriminated!later he gave us a same class room at least have some sunlight and cleaner and bigger as the size what I booked.

Location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance and it is a great value.

Bathroom is very small. Construction right outside our window very early in the morning was not great.
