Its the same breakfast for the last 7 years at least. SAME cereal, yogurt, milk, danish, apples. There is no variation.

Trash not taken out daily and as a result we reported ants. Every where. They took care of the problem though.

Staff are not available on-site until the 3:00 p.m. check-in time. The office door remains locked with a notice stating, “We will not open until 3:00 p.m. for check-in.” The walls offer very little sound insulation, making conversations and activity from adjacent rooms clearly audible. Additionally, there was no running water during the stay, and the owner did not notify guests directly or offer any adjustment to the bill. Breakfast includes an additional charge, yet the offering consisted only of milk, cereal in a to go container, a breakfast pastry, and a granola bar, an extremely limited selection that does not reflect the price point of the hotel.

Friendly and responsive staff. Comfortable bed with standard amenities. Room was quite small and could have been cleaner and a little better maintained.

The room was quite small and could use some deferred maintenance to paint, towel hooks, etc. Some of the facility was updated, but not all (or not very well done). Neighbor upstairs quite noisy (stomping). I'm not sure what the hotel can do about that.

Great location and parking. Staff helpful and flexible.

Parking lot was small and we brought a big f250 so we had to park in the street. Parking did seem safe. Breakfast was plenty but just cereal, pastries and fruit. I thought it was going to be a hot meal

Easy check in, wasn't busy so got to check in an hour early. Right next to downtiwn to walked to everything. Clean, decent rooms

The mattress was average and no dresser to store clothes…Some street noise.

The shared patio area was well appointed and offered more space to linger outside the room. The room looked recently redecorated and was lovely and very clean.

The idea of a basket containing the continental breakfast being left at the door in the morning was creative. But the contents were pretty uninspired -- Cereal in a Styrofoam bowl, apple, granola bar, small container of milk, and a grocery store pastry. Id suggest dropping the Styrofoam cereal and adding a local touch like muffins or similar pastry from a nearby bakery
