Clarion Collection Carmel Oaks Inn

Staff was nice and location was perfect for our needs.

The television did not work. The breakfast baskets were ok, but would have rather known it wasn’t a regular breakfast where we didn’t have choice in food.

Cozy

This property is within an easy walking distance of downtown, restaurants, a grocery store. It has been renovated since I stayed here last. Love the new touches! The room is large enough for me to walk around and not feel cramped. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee set up. Simulated wood flooring makes me feel a lot more comfortable than wall to wall carpeting. The bedroom furniture has had a refresh And looks exceedingly less worn in than other properties in Carmel at the same price point. The bathroom had adequate space for me to lay out my things and a shower with good water pressure.

Parking has always been difficult if you have a larger car. It is not the properties fault. It is just the way the property is laid out.

Everything was fine. The check in clerk was very helpful and p first onerof. When checking out he was pleasant also. Someone in our party dropped there credit card when we left and they immediately called. Excellent service.

The room got a bit stuffy and we had a hard time opening the window. No screens on the windows so didn’t really want to open them all night safety purposes.

The stay was great would stay here again. The only thing missing was a bar.

We had an okay experience. I just didn’t like how there’s no AC and it’s super hot and uncomfortable to sleep, we had to open our blinds so cold air from outside would come in. But good for an overnight stay.

Excellent value, excellent location to central Carmel, easy walk to everything.
