Great welcome, helped with our bags and made sure everything was ok, it’s clean and in easy reach if Bewdley and Worcester - added bonus of a great breakfast

Reception staff very pleasant and helpful

A restaurant that didn't serve food. Stairs that a person with mobility issues had great problems with. Very limited breakfast choices, with a long wait for scrambled egg. The furniture in the room was dirty, with a layer of dust on the surface of the desk. The whole place looked very tired and needed a makeover.
