Relax Inn

rooms had spider webs on ceiling, run down, people live there and act very inappropriate outside. Not upkept well at all.

We ended up here after being unexpectedly turned away from our original hotel due to fire damage earlier in the day. It had been a long day of driving and I was tired and a bit desperate. I needed an economical room and this place provided it. Nothing fancy but it did the job and the check in staff was friendly. I'm satisfied.

No frills but a price for a clean, comfortable room run by nice people.

The rooms were very clean the bedspread were very pretty and all the sheets were very white and when you open the doors you could smell how clean it was

Just a few steps from fort stanwix. The bed was comfortable. Room had a fridge and kcup machine. Air conditioning however old still worked well. Slept well.

We’re in area for Utica Boilermaker. Should have read the reviews. Woman at the front desk was extremely kind and friendly. The room however smelled musty and of stale smoke even though a non smoking room. Floor was loudly sticky, broken lampshades, refrigerator not on, stains on toilet back, around the sink still had dried what I hope was toothpaste. Looked to be long term residents hanging outside the rooms smoking next door. Parking lot was full of paving equipment as they were actively patching. I should have known better, but I would never recommend this hotel. Did have a deadbolt but secondary chain lock broken. Needs major update or demolition. But again lady at desk very nice. If we were there for longer definitely would have left…and trust me we almost did.

Unsafe feeling about the surroundings near the parking lot and the area. Attendant was professional and friendly

Had to literally rearrange refer and extension cords to not have a possible fire due to bad receptacle, and so that refer was operable. No continental breakfast, as stated on website. Housekeeping lady was very kind and considerate of our needs/wants. Management had no clue as to what was stated on their website. Will not stay here in the future.

Nothing was really Unique

The proprietor was helpful and friendly, but there were numerous defects with the property including that the electronic room key didn't work and the proprietor had to let me in each time using her metal master key. I arrived by bicycle and it was cold and rainy. I welcomed the shelter and the fact that I could adjust the heat.
