Relax Inn

Very hard to find a hotel in this area in August which is peak vacation season. This hotel was available and much cheaper than others that were booked solid. The website photos looked ok and hotels.com indicated it had high ratings, so we went with it for one night. Our room was poor, but it served our needs for one night and cheap.

Didn’t look great from outside but rooms far exceeded the price. Sleeping was excellent on new mattresses and clean sheets and pillows. Fixtures were old but functioned well above expectations. Would stay there again for price

very nice place -- obvious work done to upgrade rooms, very clean - great people to work with - we had trouble with remote and technician came to our room almost immediately ( we had pushed the wrong button). we would stay here again - only negative thing we can say, is the outside looks a little shabby and unfortunately first impressions may not get people to come in

We booked our stay through hotel.com. When we got there, the woman did not have our reservation. Nor was she’s helpful in giving us a room to stay in. We ended up leaving and booked something else. Ended up paying much more but I would never stay here again. Nor would I book through hotel.com

The outside needs remodeling, but the interior of the rooms is as expected for a 2 Star. The rooms were clean, the beds were fine, even the shower and towels were good. If you don’t care how the hotel looks from the outside, you are good to go. Those who review and hate this hotel are expecting way more than the star rating.

My boyfriend and I

Very shabby. Cracks all over, very very cold, heater didn't heat room much even blowing on high. Toilet ran all night long. Sprinkler leaked on floor, cold air blew thru gaps around the door. King size bed was uncomfortable and didn't fit bed frame. Was very disappointed. Continental breakfast was 1 muffin for 2 people. But Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Building needs siding and full cosmetic makeover,. The room was nice enough but had an odor that was unpleasant at first. The Location was a little hard to recognize, but it was a good location none the less.

Poor signage. Had trouble finding location.

The hotel is being remodeled and we asked for a remodeled room which was OK. One floor lamp was missing a bulb, but the room was clean. The building obviously was very old. The small check in room was not real clean and there was no breakfast provided. The surrounding area was interesting
