Inn at Jackson

The issue we had was our room had over a dozen lady bugs on the ceiling when we arrived Told the staff they could not do anything about it offered a discount After we came back from dinner there were less but still there Other then that the place is very nice

It was close to places to eat and things to do. The inn has lots of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Bed was uncomfortable Room wasn't serviced during 4 night stay yet housekeeping were still angling for a tip?? Rooms and en suite old fashioned (in common with many inns we stayed at)

It’s an old inn and the room was a little outdated but very quaint.

The Inn is beautifully decorated with antiques but has the modern accommodations. Lovely is a good way to describe it. We stayed in the fall and the colors are beautiful too. The breakfast was good tasting and hearty. Staff was super helpful and responsive. I recommend this property!

Our beds were ok, but the mattress could be better. We slept good though.

Mattress too soft for us Shower takes a while to heat up

My only complaint is that our room was on the third floor and no elevator so it was a little difficult for us as we are on our late seventies. Other than that, everything was great! The room was nice and breakfast was delicious!
