Easy Parking

Several very good options for breakfast and everything we had was done very well. Inn is beautifully appointed and super clean. Didn't see any staff until breakfast but the host was very warm and quite personable!

My husband is disabled (mobility issues) and we were disheartened to learn upon check in we had to climb up two long flights of stairs to get to our wonderful room. My fault for not verifying but I reviewed my paperwork and the listing and didn't see anywhere that our room would be on the very top floor. Disappointing because we couldn't take advantage of the hotel property the way we would have liked to (couldn't use the hot tub or get back down to the wonderful common area) because he was not able to use the stairs more than the absolute minimum. Since we were there for only one night it wasn't worth trying to mess around and get a first floor room.

Clean, neat.

Room 12 feels like staying over at grandmas house. Bathroom fixtures a bit worn out. No good place to hang towels for them to dry. A bit uneasy when no staff on premises with all doors unlocked. Would have preferred own mini fridge.

Ideal for a nights abut property a bit tired

We really enjoyed our stay at Inn at Jackson. Everything is made very comfortably - the room featured a fireplace with a log already prepared for us, nice sitting area and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing too. We arrived very late at night so we didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but if we stay again, we definitely will :)

There nothing bad I could say. Everything was great.
