We had a great stay overall, with a lovely beach, excellent food, and very helpful staff. The themed restaurants offered great variety, especially the teppanyaki and Mexican restaurant starters. Upgrading our room felt good value, and we appreciated the gym access, quick maintenance response, and convenient wristband room key system. It was also lovely seeing local wildlife around the resort. However, the poolside entertainment was far too loud and constant for what is marketed as a relaxing five-star resort. The repeated microphone shouting during aqua classes and daytime poolside twerking of the entertainment staff felt excessive and unsuitable for many guests, particularly young families. This significantly impacted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere and was our main criticism of an otherwise excellent hotel. A lot of seaweed on the beach but they obviously have a problem about this. We also found hotel-booked taxis to be much more expensive than using the InDrive app, and there were unfortunately frustrating delays and confusion when arranging taxis through the hotel staff who often didn’t book our taxis until we asked where the taxi was (which if turned out they often didn’t book until we chased). Also we did book privilege option online but was told we hadn’t upon arrival so I think we would be helpful if the hotel clarified their marketing online about this as it is currently misleading. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt the resort was excellent in most areas, but reducing the volume and style of entertainment would greatly improve the guest experience.

Quirino from Beloved restaurant is very friendly and he treats us like Family every single time we eat here, he is always with a smile and positive attitude he is the best ❤️👍🏽🤩

We have received very good service at all meals especially breakfast and dinner from our server Noe Ramirez went above and beyond on. The service at pool is great the food is yummy rooms are very clean
