A localização do hotel é excelente, fica na região da Riviera Maya, no caminho de diversas atrações e passeios de Cancún. A praia é linda, mas pegamos a época de sargaço, se esse for um fator determinante da viagem, procure bem se vale se hospedar na região.

Nada a reclamar, o hotel é muito bom.

La gentillesse du personnel, l'attention constante à nos besoins dans la chambre (serviettes, eau, etc), la qualité de la nourriture au buffet et aux restaurants Adelita et Steakville, puis la propreté et l'aménagement du site. Belle piscine privée! Nous apprécions également les mesures environnementales prises par l'hôtel ... et les coatis!

La pression de l'eau dans la chambre (douche et lavabos) laissait à désirer des fois, surtout tard dans l'après-midi et au début de soirée.

Estancias amplias, bien limpias y completas . Ambiente selvático, playa cuidada, actividades programadas para mantener un clima agradable… estamos muy satisfechos! La comida del buffet fue excepcional (pizza, pasta, mexicano, mediterráneo, carnes, sushi, wok…) podias encontrar de todo! Los animadores increíblemente simpáticos (especialmente Oscar) e instalaciones muy cuidadas!

La piscina queda pequeña para tanta gente, se apelotonan todos en el bar de la piscina que ademas cierra bastante pronto igual que dos locales para comer. Tampoco reparten snacks y eso apetece bastante con una cerveza, en lugar de una pizza o hamburguesa si luego vas a cenar.

The location is beautiful - a really incredible beach and jungle walk. Also love how it’s not a giant hotel. Room service was great and we also loved the drinks.

The service could probably be a little better, but it’s also not the fanciest resort. The only complaint we really had was the food: It was very hard to book restaurants other than the buffet (booking was already very full up the day we arrived already for a few of them, so we couldn’t eat there). The buffet food was not that great, and we had a really bad two meals at the steakhouse - it was the worst steak I’d ever had (I thought the had served me pork) and I was served a partially frozen cheesecake for dessert. Their website also said they had tacos open for lunch and that was closed and only available to book for dinner - felt like a lack of Mexican food! Can’t get tacos except at the specific restaurant for dinner! There also apparently used to be food trucks for lunch. Despite that, would definitely return!!
