The lazy river pool is completely out of commission.. What have been nice if they had told us that before we made our booking

The staff was absolutely wonderful and made an effort to help me with check in and with my two young boys. We had the best time!

I was a little disappointed in the construction and not being informed before booking. The staff and convenience of a ground floor room with my children made up for it.

Staff were nice and the cleanliness of the room and the beach front property.

Room was a good size and quite.

Hotel is under major reconstruction. No pool, deck, or beach equipment. No early check in. Room was not reported ready until after 4pm.

The bed was hard as concrete...tv remote didn't work...ceiling fan in bedroom didn't work. They were to pushy bout selling time share....not worth the money

Good location, walking distance to restaurants on Grenada.

Under construction, which they failed to mention when booking. They said outdoor pool area was closed, but that whole area is a construction zone. No hot tub, limited beach access, loud noises starting at 7am. Room was run down looking, paint peeling in the bathroom, furniture was not comfortable, lounge closed until further notice, coffee in the morning was not out until 8:30, which is late for a hotel in my opinion. There is a coffee Keurig but the sugar packets in their basket were all stained with water and coffee- not appetizing.

The size of the rooms and the indoor pool and basketball goal at the pool was a huge plus

Just the bad weather that day but everything else was great
