"HORRIBLE!!"

We stayed for the fair in july. There was hardly anyone else there. The tv and wifi didn't work. No pool, no restaurant and no lounge. They say that they are renovating, yet there wasn't a single vehicle around the building related to construction. Rooms are the same as they were decades ago. Went back in November. No heat! and still no restaurant, pool or lounge. Stupid person that I am, I booked a room for the next fair in July . I called to confirm in July of 2025 and they have no record of my reservation! Just lame excuses. I have a confirmation letter from July 2024. Just as well close this place down!

I booked a room on Booking.com and there was no room available, Apparently the Hotel is under renovation and not open. I was charged for a room that was never available, I need a full tefund

We arrived at the hotel, approached the front desk to check in and the employee informed us that they were closed due to renovations and they did not have any heat. There was no attempt at letting us know whatsoever. We called every single hotel in the area and there were absolutely no rooms available at any of them. She was completely unapologetic and we were unable to get a room in Minot.

They increased their park and fly to $35 a week and you have to park way behind the hotel property and cannot enter the backside of the hotel, you have to walk all the way around, which is near half a mile. It is -3 right now. Because of renovations, there is literally only 5 vehicles in the front lot as most of their rooms are not available. The pool and restaurant is completely closed. This is not on updated on Expedia. The front desk person has zero customer appreciation and actually was rude. The rooms heat doesn't work as there are portable heaters in the room. I won't be back and we usually park and fly a few times a year and stay a few times in fall as we drive through.

We appreciated how clean the property was. We ended up staying for 4 hours and then just ended up heading back home when my flight got in. I got the hotel room for my mom and brother who were waiting for me to fly in. Since the restaurant wasn't open there wasn't anywhere for them to eat. This is fine but it should be very clear that these amenities aren't available when booking so people can then decide if they want to get the room or not.

The room was easy to get to. The staff was friendly.

We booked for 2 different nights. 12/4/24 We were put into 2 rooms without heat. We requested to be moved, and they were able to accommodate. 12/7/24 We were put into 2 rooms without heat. We requested to be moved, but there were no other rooms available. The heat was an ongoing problem, and we should have been notified in advance. They offered a space heater and blankets. It was 50 degrees in the room when we arrived, and only 63 degrees the next morning with the space heater all night. We requested a refund. The staff said they would refund, but it did not show up on my card.
