The room looked nothing like the pictures. The whole place felt more like a prison cell than accommodation. The smell was absolutely disgusting, and the showers were filthy and constantly stinking. Everything felt dirty, poorly maintained, and depressing. They also took a 40 AUD deposit for the kitchen dishes and refused to give it back because of a cheap little bracelet they handed out at check-in. Nobody ever told me that this bracelet had to be returned, so like any normal person, I threw it away during my stay thinking it was worthless. I returned every single dish properly, but they still kept my deposit over a useless wristband. This place clearly looks for any excuse to keep your money. Completely dishonest and pathetic management. Avoid this place at all costs. The worst accommodation experiences I’ve had.

No hay ningún espacio para estar tranquila. No hay espacios de calma, incluso para hacer videollamada la gente sale del hostal. Algunas personas del personal dejaban mucho que desear en su trato al cliente.

I had a really great stay at the hostel. There was a lovely outdoor area with a nice pool and a very social atmosphere. The open kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and every guest gets their own dishes. There are also vending machines and a coffee machine, which is really convenient if you don’t have time to go shopping. The hostel also provides clotheslines, which was really helpful because I could air-dry my laundry instead of having to use the dryer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and if you’re lucky, you might even get an upgrade. Another big plus is that the airport is only about 5 minutes away by car, and there’s a shuttle service every 30 minutes to the night markets and back. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Luca at reception. It’s also really useful that the reception is open 24/7, which makes questions at any time very easy. Can recommend :)

The hostel is tidy, clean and has a lot activities to do every day. Also the pool and common areas are pretty nice. The staff as well was friendly and helpful when needed. The free shuttle to city is also great.
