Chocolate Express Hotel & Suites Hershey

place was a dump. it took forever to check in. Coffee was not ready at 7:45. only sluquid so sad p from a dispenser that came out in tiny drops.

The lady clerk was very nice and accommodating .the hotel the rooms were nice the beds were comfortable .but the pool was shut down could not use it .And the breakfast was ok. But feel for the price the pool and breakfast could of been better.

I got what I paid for but if I paid 300 for the night I would have been even more upset. The hotel looked rundown outside. The smell coming from the lobby was unbearable. The air conditioner wouldn’t say on when i had the fan on low. The room wasn’t the best looking. The bathroom has soap descenders at the sink and in the shower no individual containers. Something was leaking onto the ceiling in the bathroom have no clue what it was.There was no one at the deck to check out had a sign with a number to call.

It’s old and run down, just the feeling of not clean when you walked in the room, no soaps or shampoos, just a soap dispenser on the wall, looks awful when you drive up. Paid way to much for a nights stay. Breakfast was donut holes thrown onto a tray. Walked in, slept...left.

Didn’t even stay at the hotel was in that poor of condition. $300 a night too. Not worth it

I not reach the place

Not much to like for the money spent. Overall the place is run down, not taken care of, dirty. Smoke alarm in room hanging off wall. Hallways not swept in god knows how long. Very dissatisfied!

The surfaces of the room were clean but the sheets, bedding, towels and floor were stained and dirt. The tissue box in the bathroom was empty of tissues but had dirty tissue and feminine products in it. The air conditioner smelled of mildew when turned on so we left the window open. The pool heater was broken.

This is a motel not a hotel. It was dirty and not worth the money the only good part was it wasn't too far from the stadium. We didn't even wait for breakfast.

Overall, poorly maintained. Cleanliness was lacking. Service was okay. Would not recommend. Over priced for what the hotel offered.
