The Windsor Hotel by Hoco Hotels Collection

Had a terrific time staying here on my first trip to Stratford. The knowledgably, kind, and approachable staff were always open to help and chat about their lovely town. Really love the classic features of the building as well. Close to all the theaters by foot. Only thing was that the walls of the older units were pretty thin so if someone opened the conjoining doors between hallways it sounded like your door was being opened as well as hearing a lot of chatter. light sleepers-bring ear plugs. Thank you for the otherwise wonderful stay!

Location is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a bit spartan.

Seems to be planning a renovation. Room is nice but bathroom in severe need of updating. Also, room entry system is ridiculous and requires patron to memorize a 4 digit code.

Wifi is very spotty and the lack of staffing is unusual.

In the heart of town. So convenient. Clean. Everyone at desk was helpful. I requested a bathtub and they made it happen. Thank you!

TV situation with Roku left few options. Not enough drawers for clothing.

Absolutely TERRIBLE - filthy rooms, toilet backed up with feces bubbling up into tub and sink, maids never cleaned from prior guests, staff was useless, no phone in the room, no clock in the room.

Expensive. There were no box tissues in the room. Signage could help with the location of the room as you could easily miss it. Good location though.

Front desk staff helpful. Room was OK. Great location - easy access to plays, downtown shops and restaurants. Came by train, so i do not know about parking. The room is clean, amenities ok. Bed comfortable. No room safe. Floor above is very creaky, so best hope that the people above have a soft walk

The location was great and the room was clean.

We had internet issues during the full 2 night stay. This affected wifi services and also the tv service in the room. Ultimately we stopped trying to watch tv and put up with the signal dropping repeatedly on our tablets. We reported issues on 3 occasions and nothing was done to address it other than being told “the router is above your room, it should be working”.
