Breakfast was good but no dinner service the only negative thing

A lot of areas need to make improvements. Room floor mat is dirty and folding. The pillow quality is too bad , no support at all.

It's an old design hotel. But generally clean and bed is comfortable, best part is hotel just right beside Wanda mall, you get your coffee and meals fixed easily. There is also a huge supermarket in Wanda. MRT station is walkable.

The hotel is near shopping mall, just walk 2 minutes arrive , you can eat and drink in shopping mall, hotel room is bigger, bed is comfortable, and the staff of hotel work professional. swimming pool is good, the breakfast is not too many choice,

Receptions are very kind, and help me as much as her can. Location is a little bit dumb, you have to walk a whole circle around Wanda Plaza from metro station and then reach to the lobby. If there is a short cut just cross Wanda Plaza, that's would be perfect, only 5min from metro station.

Staff members were really friendly. Nice gym. The room I stayed in had a good view. The dinner buffet at weekends were excellent.

1) Somebody smoked on non-smoking floor, the floor my room was. The smell was very strong in the hallway and even I could smell it in my room. 2) The room was not cleaned thoroughly daily. 3) The breakfast buffet had extreme limited items for people who needs gluten-free food due to medical, allergy conditions.
