Sofitel Harbin

Located within a comfortable stroll from the observation Dragon tower. One side faces a large lovely park. Next to two moderate sized malls. During ice festival there is free shuttle to and from Central Street and Snow and Ice World in the evening. Taxi fare to Central Street or the Railway about 15 minutes to half hour, or between 20-50 yuan, depending on traffic conditions. Room is spacious and service is attentive, we enjoyed our stay.

Quite area in the night, but we can access to central street by public bus #103 (It takes 10 min on foot for the nearest bus stop for #103). If you go to airport by taxi in the morning on weekday, I recommend you to have some spare time, because of trafic jam.

Beautiful hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was that it was unseasonably warm while we were there and the air conditioning had been turned off for the season, room got very warm.

1001号室に2泊したが、バスタブへの出入りが非常に危険。ガラス戸のレールが高く、それを跨がなければ入浴できない。浴槽の中で滑る可能性もあり、何度か足を打撲した。

I've been here several times, and unless it is winter time here, the rooms will be too hot. Even in winter you have to turn off the heat to make it comfortable. It was 50 deg F outside last night, but it was almost 80 deg F in my room this morning at 6 am. It was hot almost all night. Two nights ago room cooled off, but at 10 pm they turn off the AC, so it quickly heated up from 75 to 79 deg F. Last night, the AC never came on. This morning when it came on at about 6:30 am, the room cooled down to a pleasant 75 F, but by 10 am it was back up to 79 deg F. Opening the window doesn't help, it is too small and air tends to go out and not come in. The hotel faces N/S, with most rooms (5-22 out of about 30) facing South, so right into the sun. The AC even if it is on faces a challenge.The hotel need to be realistic, and draw all curtains in rooms that are unoccupied to keep them from the direct sunlight which heats them up fast. They should not turn off the AC when rooms are so hot as they cannot cool down without it. They advertise AC, they just don't say whether they will actually use it... This is a nice hotel. If you don't mind hot rooms, I really recommend it. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and showers, and breakfast was good. But for me, I'll be looking for something cooler whenever possible. I can't believe I have to come to Harbin to end up being unable to sleep because it is so hot!

Проживал в этом отеле двое суток. В целом неплохо. Персонал владеет английским. Все мои просьбы и пожелания были выполнены. Оперативная работы службы доставки еды в номер. Единственный минус, который могу заметить это грязные окна

Stayed just one single night but the experience is brilliant. Front desk is professional and kindly and thankful for them free upgrade me to next level. The kindly also been showed by room attendants, they always smiling. Good choice of Harbin.

전체적으로 깨끗했고 앞에 공원이 있어 좋았음. 교통도 편리했고 옆에 완다 백화점이 있어 쇼핑하기에도 편리했음.
