I'd like to give special recognition to **Julo** and **Sheila** for their excellent service. They were incredibly kind and welcoming at the Beach House. This was my first trip abroad, and staying at Shangri-La was already a special experience. Thanks to Julo and Sheila, my trip became even more memorable. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made a lasting impression on me. Thank you both for making my first overseas vacation so wonderful!

"What a destination for a quick get away"

It’s a great property and has everything you need. Don’t really have to leave the place. But there is so much to see in Cebu. But Grab(SEA version for uber, only option in the PH) always available and very affordable.

Nothing I can mention of the top of my head.

Once again, an amazing experience here in Shangri-La, which always makes up come back every time we tour the Philippines. Staff that stood out, Lobby Lounge Bar was Alva and Nicole. Made great drinks, always check on us, and did their best to make sure we were comfortable, they got a fan to keep us cool! Ocean Club, Frank and Edison. Both Amazing. Made sure we were well taken cared of and even prepared us items that were off menu! Cowie Crow, Belle was great. Explained the menu and asked all our questions and always made sure we had water in our glasses at all times! She even toured us around and help take pictures at the restaurant and The Observatory! Staff at Adventure Zone were great as well as they took care of our kids and made sure they were entertained on their visit! Help them out with all the activities they participated in. Our shooting star of the team was Daphne from Guest Relationships. As soon as we step in to the resort till we drove away to the airport, took care of my family and I the whole time. Helped us out with our plans and gave suggestions on where to eat and gave us some tips and tricks to use around the resort! Thank you Shangri-La Staff. Can’t wait to come back and have a great time soon!
