AP Adriana Beach Resort

First and foremost, I can truly say that Adriana Beach Resort is a heartfelt recommendation. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. At the reception, we were greeted with great friendliness, and everything about the resort was explained to us in detail – where to find things, what was included in the price – we really appreciated the thorough information. Since we arrived very late, the staff had thoughtfully prepared sandwiches and fruit for us, which was such a kind gesture. After checking in, we were taken to our room by golf cart, which was a nice and convenient touch. The room itself was spacious with plenty of storage for clothes and other belongings. The bathroom was also very clean and nicely designed. Housekeeping came daily and did a fantastic job. The food at the resort is top-notch – there’s truly something for everyone. The drink selection at the bar is also very diverse. There are two à la carte restaurants in addition to the buffet, and we tried all three – each one was absolutely delicious. The resort offers a wide range of fun and exciting activities like yoga, aqua gym, dance classes, and pool games. There are two large and beautiful pools with plenty of sunbeds, so you never have to worry about finding a spot. The beach is also just a short 5-minute walk away – easy to get to and simply beautiful. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. Every single team member is incredibly friendly – truly kind-hearted people. You can have great conversations with them, and they’re always helpful, spreading positive energy everywhere. It’s inspiring to see how passionately they do their work and how genuinely they care for their guests. A big heartfelt thank you to the entire team – we had an amazing stay, and thanks to you, we were never bored. On the contrary, the wonderful evening shows made every night special. A very special thank you to Ibo, Richard, Jota, Tomaz, and Jessica – you made our stay unforgettable! Conclusion: 100% recommendation! I will definitely be returning – no question about it.

We recently spent 1 week at the beautiful Adriana Beach resort. Meeting up with other family members for the duration. The location is lovely and peaceful. We took advantage of the courtesy bus for 2 euro per person (pre book at reception the day before) taking us into Albufeira and Villamora where we enjoyed a look about the shops, marina and sampled some beautiful food. We also visited a Chinese restaurant on our last day which was just down the road which cost approx 5 euro for an Uber. The food at the hotel was lovely and had a great choice but we did find that it went cold really quickly. Although the hotel did have plate warmers they did not use them at all so the plates were always cold and some days soaking wet. This feedback has been given numerous times so I am surprised that the hotel are not addressing this minor issue.? We loved to have breakfast at the grill restaurant and we really enjoyed the evening food at the grill which was a lovely bbq served to your table. This has to be pre-booked as is the al la carte. Both pools are lovely and the facilities for children are also brilliant. There are lots of sunbeds (some of which are broken) but they are comfy and in abundance which is wonderful as I absolutely hate having to scramble for sunbeds. The ones near the pools do fill up quickly but the grassy areas are lovely and you can sit under the trees for shade if you prefer. Our room was AA out side of the actual complex where you entered though a locked gate with your card. We found the apartment to be spacious and clean with beds made and towels changed when required. Water was provided on the first day but not after unless we asked the maid. However there are loads of water fountains and you can drink the water from the tap as it is safe to drink. There is a fridge in the room and a safe if you want to hire one. There are no tea or coffee faciities but family hired a kettle from reception so they were happy. There is also a tea and coffee machine in the snack bar available 24 hours. We hired a beach towel at reception for 10 euro and this was refunded on return. The bar service was a bit slow at times with huge queues but we were able to get soft drink beers and wines from the machine in the grill during the day so didn't really have a problem. The grounds and gardens are beautifully kept and have some stunning shrubs and flowers which made the whole area really lovely to walk around. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are gorgeous. Beach has sunbeds and parasols with steps access . We enjoyed a few lovely walks along the beach and called in to a beach bar for a drink and enjoyed the lovely views. All in all the holiday was wonderful and we would definitely recommended it to anyone. Thank you to all the staff who work so very hard to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. We got married in this resort and stayed for 9 nights and I could not recommend this resort enough, the staff were outstanding and could not be more helpful if they tried, nothing was a bother. Thanks so much to you all for making our holiday and wedding the best day of our lives!

Fantastic week at AP Adriana. We couldn’t fault anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The food is amazing, all Inclusive drinks have so much choice. This is a perfect location for a relaxing, all inclusive hotel. We have already enquired about returning.

On arrival, we were told we could not check in until 3pm. We were expecting this but were disappointed after travelling over night. We changed in the toilets and put our belongings in the luggage room. The hotel is nice and well kept. There is plenty of sun beds all over. However, the accommodations can be very far away from pools and reception. On our first day, we noticed bed bugs in my mums bed. We called reception who attended. The man’s response was ‘eww’ who then told us he would send someone. He never did. We went to reception later on to let them know again and they changed the bedding. We couldn’t see any after this, but I could not rest properly thinking that they could have infested the actual mattresses. I am covered in bed bug bites which makes me think they had. They are 100% NOT mosquito bites as they look different to bed bug bites. 2 weeks later I am still red and itchy. Please make sure you check this on arrival. Hotel was far away from any amenities, bars etc. but found that Uber was cheaper than taxis Food was good, if you’re not a picky eater there’s lots of variety. Bar staff were quite slow.

Lovely surroundings, decent food, good swimming pools and entertainment. Queues for drinks not so good. Really need a self service for beer and wine (outside of restaurant hours).

Had a fantastic week’s stay at this resort in May with my husband, 2 children (aged 8 and 5) and my parents. We really couldn’t fault our stay in any way. From the moment we checked in, until the moment we left, all the staff were brilliant, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our rooms were a few minutes walk from the main building and were comfortable and cleaned daily. We made use of the hotel’s shuttle bus to visit Albufeira and Vilamoura which were just a couple of euros each. The main pool area was lovely and my children spent most of their time in the pool playing, joining in with activities and making friends. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team. Each and every one of them was amazing and truly made our stay special. My children absolutely adored them all and were so sad when it was time for us to leave. They would all go out of their way to chat, hi-five and involve everyone in activities. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. We had an absolutely amazing time at the resort and will definitely return and stay for longer than a week! Highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking of going.

We stayed here last year and it was so wonderful that we decided to come back again this year (and we’ve booked again for next year). It gets 5 stars from us! Whilst it’s not 100% perfect, it is for us - especially given the price vs. similar offerings near by! The main appeal for us is the space within the resort - pools, grassy spaces to play football / relax, terrace area, poolside, volleyball court, tennis court, table tennis, bowls. Now we’ve experienced a resort setting we’d struggle to go back to just a hotel. The food is perfect! If you don’t pile every single thing on your plate every single day, then it doesn’t feel repetitive at all. Food is such good quality! If a particular dish runs out, give it 5 minutes - they do get replenished! My son is a fussy eater, but there was plenty for him - pizza & pasta at lunch (and a huge salad bar). In the evenings he’d have pasta dishes - sometimes they’d do nuggets and fish fingers. I preferred the local dishes (available at lunch and dinner) - so good! Breakfast was lovely too: cereal, porridge, fruit, breads, continental, pancakes / french toast (alternate by day), eggs, beans, mushrooms, churros, pastries (and much more)! The entertainment staff are amazing too. What a fun bunch! My son did the kids club, ok, their English is not perfect, but it doesn’t matter, the kids don’t care, they love being included in the activities. Kindness and fun seems to translate in any language - so don’t let that put you off! Huge thanks to the staff - you made it my son’s best holiday ever. Bar staff were lovely too. Like people mention, queues can get busy, but sometimes no one is in the queue and you get served immediately - it is what it is. I’d imagine it’s a hard one for them to predict and they do the best they can! Just double up when you order! The main bar does smell though, and did last year - they need to do something about that! Change the cleaning products maybe! All in all, I wish I was still back there. Thanks for the memories - we can’t wait to return!

On paper the hotel should be good. It's very clean, has its own private beach, good swimming pools, 3 restaurants, 2 bars and evening entertainment but for me it lacks the sparkle of other hotels we've stayed at in this area. The reception staff and entertainment staff were OK, but the bar staff apart from one guy were miserable and the waiting staff were very unfriendly. Some times waiting over 15 minutes to get a drink, the food was good quality but not as much variety. The towel situation was strange never before have we paid a €10 per towel deposit and you had to pay €1.50 to change your towel for a fresh one. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this was a first.

This is a really nice hotel and we had a lovely week stay May into June 2025. We would return but there is room for improvment on some minor points. I'll start with positives: - Great location on the beach. - Lovely grounds to the hotel, very well kept. - Lots of activities going on throughout the day. - On the whole, food was good. (Fussy eaters may struggle a bit). - Splash park is good, kids loved it (when it got properly switched on 3rd day into our stay). - Rooms aren't massive but comfortable and has everything you need. - Evening entertainment is very good, my 7 year old enjoyed it very much. - Entertainment team are great- special shout out to Jessica, Geovanne, Vania, Nicole, Ibo, Richard, Rogerio & Tomaz. Very enthusiastic and talented team! Negatives: - Not enough staff = long waits at the bar. They were trying their best and friendly. - Bowls, glasses, cutlery need replenishing quicker at the restaurant. - Overall cleanliness around the pool and bar areas wasn't great - dirty/ gritty around sunbeds.
