Location

No fridge or coffee making facilities in the room . Breakfast was repetitive - would have been nice to have a change on the 2nd day

The building, its style, location and furnishings

The breakfast was cheap, fast food style, tasteless (apart from the fruit and yoghurt) and not fitting the classiness of the venue. Being served tea in fine china with a wooden stirrer and being given disposable cups in our bedroom was disappointing
