Hotel Cartagena Plaza

I didn't like the service in the most visited restaurant of the hotel. They don't provide enough amount of food.

Everything was excellent with Dilan Torres, it was an excellent service. My food was wonderful and they did the drink that I like, the guy it was excellent. I eat a seafood that it was excellent cook, the most things that it was outstanding. It was the service that he was very polite, the food was on time, and the guy have a very good attitude, he was very friendly, I will definitely come back again.

Daniel Murillo and Alfred Beer very nice very good. I recommend this place, tasty food and very kind service. Waitresses are very friendly and helpful. I will be back soon for sure again. sisisisisisisisisisiisisisisisisisisisisisisisusis

Had a fantastic time went eith my sister Only complaint I have food was cold most of the time at the buffet. Staffs were great and very accommodating. Yuan and others very attentive. Jeisson provided excellent customer service. Very informative with our inquiries. Great suggestions to go and have experience in the city. Overall very happy with experience. Highly recommended 👌

Good location easy check in & out

Oooof this hotel was rough. Upon arrival we walked into a very crowded lobby. We were a few hours early and check in was strictly at 3pm - no exceptions. Normally this isn't an issue as we can still use the amenities- but in this case we were not able to get any towels to head up to the pool. After much complaining - the manager made an exception and found us 3 towels. While we really appreciate the kind gesture- it just seemed odd that towels were not available for guests to use unless they were directly from their room. Which in this case was not possible. The building itself was quite dated. The pool was a nice touch but there were not enough loungers for everyone. There was a public beach across the street which was decent enough but we were a bit concerned about going there alone. Our first room was very dated and the dressers broken. The windows faced a building. We asked to be moved and the second room was basically the same but on a higher floor so the view was slightly better. The one positive about this hotel was the restaurant Lucia - we went for lunch and were amazed at the beautiful view from the deck. The breeze was so pleasant and the food was very high end. Very impressed and this definitely was not expected. The included breakfast was buffet style with decent options and one omelet station. The dining hall itself was very basic. We ate fast and got out. Next door was a nice coffee shop however. Getting an Uber was very easy and we were only a 10 minute drive from the Old City and the port. This hotel is very basic but for those looking for beachfront location with pool this will work. But this is far from luxury.

Pretty close to old city and breakfast was decent

Very outdated hotel that needs some love and care. Furniture is broken, AC is super loud and barely functions. At check in the staff refused to give us beach towels for our time at the pool while the room wasn’t ready.

Daniel Murillo was the absolute best in the buffet! He took very good care of us and always recognized us. The entire hotel was great. Easy access to the beach and great hike in the wall restaurants around. Very short Uber ride to everything, including the Walled City and Getsemani.
