Room , dining , jacuzzi and grounds were terrific Staff was friendly and helpful

Room wasn’t cleaned properly since there was food in the fridge that not only smelled bad but also had mold. Also outside bar unfortunately was closed.

everything is great here! There's only one restaurant at the hotel but they do have veggie options. My room was very nice.

We loved the facility!! The room was perfect for us. The fitness facility was more than adequate! The smores you supplied were a wonderful bonus. Having the water to look at right outside our bedroom was exhilarating first thing in the AM!! Staff were friendly and helpful.

We did have several minor maintenance issues- shower water that was barely warm, doors that did not close, curtains falling off the rings. At this price point, the details should matter.

Way too noisy . Labor Day weekend was awful . The pool was filled to over capacity , loud music and drunk people. The line for coffee in the am was ridiculous. One person working and taking up to 5 to 10 min to make specialty coffee. Staff was not as customer friendly as they should have been for the price we paid. Will not return here which is a shame because the condos are so nice
