HI Nonconforming Use Certificate code: 90/TVU-0063 Each room will be assigned a complimentary parking space upon arrival. Upon arrival at the 444 Nahua Condominium Complex, dial 1409 from the enter-phone adjacent to parking spot #11. If you are renting a car, you may temporarily park in spot #10 or #11. Our representative will promptly greet you. You will be given fob keys to your condominiums(s) and an assigned parking spot if required. If you are arriving after 5pm and there is no answer at 1409, wait 30 seconds and then dial 0002. You will receive your fob keys and assigned parking spot from the representative or security personnel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Excellent place to stay for a relaxing vacation. The property is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, with everything within walking distance. Parking is available in the building, which is very convenient. The rooftop amenities include a barbecue area, swimming pool, sauna, and stunning views of the city and surrounding area, especially in the evening. Security is outstanding and provides great peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Rien

Climatisation tres bruyante, très dur de joindre ou de voir quelqu'un du personnel Cela se fait par interphone, Pas de place de parking prévue à notre arrivée, Les baies vitrées vibrent bcp quand il y avait du vent (et il y a du vent tout le temps en fait) en faisant un bruit horrible on a dû nous-mêmes mettre du carton entre les portes vitrées. Le quartier est très bruyant donc on a le choix soit entre le bruit de la circulation soit en mettant la clim qui fait un bruit horrible. Préférez plutôt des établissements luxueux temps que vous ruiner en hébergement car celui-là doit sérieusement se rénover pour pouvoir prétendre pratiquer de tels tarifs. De plus on a pas été prévenu que la piscine était fermée pendant toute la durée de notre séjour cause travaux cela nous a passablement agacés.

"It's very good stay with a comfortable condo in an excellent location."

The condo is clean and free of odor. Good water flow through faucets. Appliances are in very good condition.

The bedroom connect to the kitchen with no door which leaves no privacy for family with children.
