Very nice, very quiet.

Perfect for price

This beautiful and comfortable B & B is a well maintained historic house and grounds. Great hiking into Capitola and fabulous views of the ocean from our room and out on the communal back deck. The furniture is all beautiful antique pieces, bed is very comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and tasty.

Beautiful historic Victorian Hotel.

This was our third time staying at the inn. The location is excellent on a nice street walkable to the little center of Pacific Grove. The inn has two buildings. The classic Victorian and the newer (1905) back house. We stayed in room 117 at the back house. The room is nice with several peak views of the ocean. The bed and bedding is comfortable and housekeeping does a very good job of creating a clean environment. However, note, the furniture, carpet, and bathroom tiles are old and worn, but easy to overlook as the price and ease of self check-in and onsite free parking make this location an exceptional value. We recommend this property for an ideal stay in the Monterey Bay especially if you are on a budget.

Quiet and clean. Would stay there again. They cleaned our room every day. It is centrally located and within walking distance of downtown Pacific Grove. We stayed during the AT&T ProAm and was able to walk to the shuttle that takes you to the tournament. Easy self check in - great communication from staff

The bad that I never have this kind of bad like!

Not thing that good of my money and not thing just like a house

While the building was beautiful it was definitely showing age. The heating system was not working, only a space heater. Floor was sticky from cleaning solution. Area is perfect for proximity to everything. Staff is not on property and you have to call to get access code to room. Serviceable, room was just bed and bath nothing fancy.

Great location. We could walk to everything. Cute Victorian hotel with a porch.

So many stairs. No employee or check in desk. We had to call to check in for the entry code and give them our credit card number..
