From the moment we arrived at Cameron Highlands Resort, we were wrapped in warm hospitality—literally—with refreshing towels and soothing tea at check-in. The staff were wonderfully attentive, helping us with our luggage and making us feel welcome from the start. The building itself is stunning, radiating timeless charm with its colonial-style architecture and cozy atmosphere. We genuinely wished we had booked more than just one night—it’s the kind of place you want to linger in. Our evening ended on a high note with drinks at the bar, where the bartender’s craftsmanship and warm demeanor made it a memorable experience. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fans kept the room comfortable, and the cool, fresh air through the balcony doors made for a restful night. Breakfast was another highlight, with the option to order hot dishes from the menu as well as a spread of fresh breads, croissants, muffins, and toast—a delicious way to start the day. All in all, a serene, elegant escape that blends classic charm with top-notch service. Already looking forward to the next visit.

Light sleepers, beware. I could not sleep more than a couple of hours each of the two nights that I was there in early Jun recently. The Resort sits right next to the only and heavily used highway through Cameron Highlands. Traffic noise had kept me awake past 3 am, and woke me again at 5 am. Admittedly, it might have also been the acoustics and angle/facing of the room that I heard every motorcycle, car, van and truck passing by vividly, as if I was lying right on the pavement. The ear plugs the Resort provided in the room as standard equipment did not help at all. The low rating is given mainly because the Resort failed to provide the sanctuary I expected, the home away from home where I could relax and be rejuvenated after the day's activities. And for more than USD300 a night, the room also offered no satellite tv, cable channels, comfortable beddings, or even pleasant-smelling linens. There are newer and better options in the vicinity, truly. Perhaps it is more refreshing to enjoy the Resort's history, its old English charm, and the great service of its staff with say, a visit for high tea. Just stay one night for the experience, if you must.

We stayed for 2 nights and the change in temperature very much needed after the heat and humidity of KL. The room was large and clean and the breakfast basic but satisfactory for our needs. We ate in the main restaurant one evening and it was okay (limited menu). The second evening we went to the Gonbei restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the concept (hotpot - you are provided with broth and ingredients and cook yourself). The spa is wonderful with a range of treatments available but book before you go as it was very busy (I got a cancellation!). I had the rose garden treatment package and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Last but by no means least, the staff were fantastic. Attentive, courteous and kind. On the less positive side, the hotel faces a busy road and there is no crossing so getting across can be a challenge. Note, there is no pool

The staff were excellent at the hotel. F&B staff did a fantastic job creating a gluten-free afternoon tea. The Steamboat was a wonderful dining experience. It should be noted that all the hotel rooms face the main road to the Cameron Highlands.

Excellent service. Felt like royalty! Especially the food service team, Hirdoy, Sugi and team. Food was delicious, ambiance was beautiful and confortable. Very satisfied with the friendliness and readiness of the staff. Rooms are exquisite, very comfortable, welcoming and clean. Location is also the best. Highly recommended

Decent place to stay with great amenities and beautiful stay , standard of our liking clean and spacious room clean very hospitality management.. Mr Ravi gave us good recommendation around in Cameron Highlands.. We love the place as we could stand from our balcony and view golf course in the morning..

The staff are all incredible and it's a gorgeous hotel. The only thing to note is that most of the rooms face the main road which was noisy even for us Londoners accustomed to using earplugs. We didn't ask to move since we only stayed two nights so maybe there are some quieter rooms - but it did look like they're all on the same side of the hotel. Also the walking guides they provide were the highlight of our trip - such incredible knowledge as they take you through the jungle. It was worth staying at the hotel even if it was just for them

Excellent service and great resort with really delicious food. Always love my stay at the resort. The staffs were so attentive and accommodating to our every request. Not to forget the unforgettable balinese massage experience at the resort.

Impeccable service right from the start. 5 stars ! Staff so attentive to details right up to our names. We felt so pampered. Even ever willing to take beautiful photo shots for us girls. Couldn’t ask for more for our girly trip. The resort is also pretty and every corner is insta worthy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner , the spread was amazing. We even got the chef to carve for us the yummiest leg of lamb. Spa was so beautiful and we had the best massage ever. Girls please bring your friends for a most memorable and insta worthy trip.
