I recently had my 30th Birthday party at The Cromwell. From start to finish Paul was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything was perfect and couldn’t have asked for more. The food was really good and all staff couldn’t have done more. Thanks Paul and Team!

"Convenient for old town but not a destination."

Location is excellent for Old Town Stevenage. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Prices high for 3 star hotel, (particularly mid week), leads to greater expectations. Shabby decor in entrance/reception area and dissapointing to have smokers collecting just outside the main entrance.

"Nice room shame about the breakfast."

Check-in staff member was very helpful and the room was very nice apart from the four foot bed, which is a little small for 2 adults. Breakfast was mediocre as the cold selection was poor and the hot food wasn’t well stocked.
