"Rooms were very comfortable and good facilities. Good location for shops and eateries."

Meals were well organised and staffed. Very good food choices. We found a nice quiet walk called The Avenue, minutes from the hotel.

We had quite a few steps to get to our room but someone has to be on top floor! No lift. Had to walk to hotel reception from car park at the back, no rear access.

"Didn't meet my expectations over priced"

Wasn't told beforehand they had work going in the carpark. Only 1 set of towels, loud noise all night from refrigeration units on the cellar & had to pay a £50 deposit on arrival as booked through booking.com

Great location and food and service in restaurant exceptional.

Parking at back and walk round with bags. We booked a superior double bit the bed was no way a kingsize.
