The staff was very helpful - friendly.

The place showed its age. The elevator smelled and floor level light indicators were not operational. The room has only small towel - had to go to front desk for additional towel. The lobby, elevator and hallways were very warm. You could here the ice machine that was across the hallway in your room when it was it use. There are a few floor level rooms used for storage that had junk piled up against the front windows - that made a great first impression right there.

"Horrible will never stay again"

It was uncomfortable and myself and son were bit by bed bugs

Being bit by bed bugs and the uncleanliness and smelled like mildew and my son has asthma and sleep apnea
